Declaration of Interim Dividend – Fiscal 2025
The Directors of Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited at their Board meeting of June 5, 2025, declared an INTERIM DIVIDEND of eighteen cents ($0.18) per share for fiscal year 2025 payable on August 22, 2025, to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date, August 8, 2025.

2024 Audited Financial Statements
Our 2024 audited financial statements have been released. Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited earned a profit attributable to shareholders of $15.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. This figure was down from $15.8 million in the prior year, for a total decrease of $749 thousand (4.7%). It should be noted however, that prior year included the one-off pick-up of $2.5 million relating to the Company’s share of the surplus on the wind-up of the Company’s Defined Benefit Pension Plan.
