Wayne is President of DGM Financial Group of Companies. He joined the Group in November 2012. Prior to his appointment, Wayne worked at Coopers & Lybrand, later PriceWaterhouseCoopers for 37 years in various senior roles throughout the Caribbean. From 1996 until his retirement in 2006, he was Managing Partner, Assurance Partner, Financial Services Group Leader, and Tax & Corporate Leader for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Eastern Caribbean advising International Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and their top tier companies on financial management, tax and corporate practices. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
Wayne assumed responsibility for the bank’s business development strategy and promoting its banking, captive insurance management, corporate and investment services to both new and existing clients.
