Mr. Roger M. Cave

Roger Cave is the Chief Executive Officer of Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited effective June 1, 2023.  Mr. Cave joined the Board of Cave Shepherd since 1997. He was the founder of Fortress Fund Managers Limited, a subsidiary of Cave Shepherd. Fortress manages a slate of mutual funds covering the asset classes of equities and fixed income and is also a provider of pension management and administration services to companies of all sizes, and to individuals.

Mr. Cave serves as a Director on the Board of SigniaGlobe Financial Group and DGM Financial Group, associates of Cave Shepherd.

Mr. Cave is a graduate of Bishop’s University, Canada where he obtained a BBA. He is a CFA charter holder as well as a Chartered Accountant. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).
