Ms. Kira L. Thompson-Aird was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited, effective March 3, 2025. Ms. Thompson-Aird has also been nominated to serve on the Corporate Governance & Nominations Committee of the Company.
Ms. Thompson-Aird currently serves as a Director at Renwick, Thompson & Co. Ltd. in Grenada and previously worked with H.H.V. Whitchurch & Co. Ltd. in Dominica. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the CARICOM Private Sector Organisation (CPSO), focusing on public-private partnerships and regional economic growth. Previously, she has held leadership roles such as President of the Dominica Association of Industry & Commerce (DAIC) Board and Acting Chair of the CARICOM Development Fund (CDF) Board.
Ms. Thompson-Aird is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the Florida International University.
